Lucky Lizard jumped on Pat them seven other people! There was also a lucky black cat that ran across our path as the ceremony began. yeah!
This is a tragic loss, Marli who walked in to our lives on the 3rd of October, lost her life on the 29th. No real certainty why she dies so quickly, largest consensus was heartworm, as she lost colour very quickly in her last few hours.

We buried her in Brewer's Bay early the next morning, and honoured her with her toys, treats, photos of our favourite days with her, letters from each of us, her puppy passport and a flower from a bouquet she is photographed here with. Her grave is marked with a cross made with bamboo she liked to chew and blades of grass she'd always drag in to the house.

Marli's first night at home.
And her first morning as our family.
Pat's favourite picture of her: just like her face when she wanted to get up on the bed for a morning cuddle.
One of our best beach days with Fella and Marli.
"She's a LADY!", having a jar at Rudy's after a trip to Brewer's with Morcheeba.
Devestated is just part of what we feel. This little pup was our first dog, and we changed our lives for her, and were happy with the sacrifice. She was the instigator to Squeak taking interviews for work on land, and our accepting that we do want to establish ourselves here. If anything she is an angel.
